BRUSSELS, Belgium — May 05th, 2026 — TraCerLabGroup yesterday announced the appointment of Olrick-Anselme Olenga Disashi as Chief Product Officer, a strategic leadership role set to accelerate the company’s next phase of product development, AI-enabled solution expansion, and market-facing execution across mineral traceability, responsible sourcing, ESG, and supply chain transparency.
The appointment comes as TraCerLab continues to develop its science and technology platform for mineral traceability and certification, with a focus on essential minerals including cobalt, copper, zinc, and 3TG minerals across the African Great Lakes Region. As Chief Product Officer, Olrick-Anselme will lead product strategy, platform roadmap development, solution design, and cross-functional alignment between technology, field operations, scientific research, client delivery, and institutional stakeholder requirements.
TraCerLab’s mission is to support more transparent, ethical, and data-driven mineral supply chains by combining scientific analysis, digital infrastructure, field engagement, responsible sourcing principles with AI-enabled decision-support systems both aligned with and supporting international and local stakeholders regulations. This includes the development of traceability and certification solutions designed to support due diligence, supply chain visibility, and formalisation within artisanal and small-scale mining ecosystems.
Olrick-Anselme’s appointment builds on TCL’s existing product, scientific, and technology foundations, strengthening the company’s leadership capacity as it advances its next phase of platform expansion, client delivery, and institutional-grade solution development. His mandate will include aligning product innovation with client needs, operational realities, regulatory expectations, ESG priorities, and the company’s long-term vision for responsible mineral infrastructure.
Olrick-Anselme brings more than 15 years of experience across financial markets, operations, technology services, governance, and socially responsible investment. He has also worked across investment consulting, private equity exposure in Africa, client services transformation, operating model optimisation, and technology-enabled service delivery.
In addition to his corporate leadership experience, Olrick-Anselme serves as General Coordinator and Vice-President of ASOMIP Congo, an orphanage foundation operating in the Democratic Republic of Congo. His wider work reflects a long-standing focus on social impact, community development, responsible investment, and practical technology deployment in emerging markets.

He added:
“As Chief Product Officer, Olrick-Anselme will play a central role in shaping our product roadmap, strengthening our platform architecture, and ensuring that our solutions remain grounded in both scientific discipline, real operational conditions while benefiting from a structured AI layer. His appointment reflects our commitment to building practical, credible, and future-ready infrastructure for responsible mineral supply chains.”
Olrick-Anselme Olenga Disashi, Chief Product Officer of TraCerLab Group, said:
“I am delighted to join TraCerLab at a time when the need for transparent, ethical, and data-driven mineral supply chains has never been more important. TraCerLab sits at the intersection of science, technology, ESG, field realities, and responsible economic development. That combination creates a powerful opportunity to build solutions that are not only technically robust, but also meaningful for communities, governments, industry, and global buyers.”
He continued:
“My focus will be to help scale TraCerLab’s product vision into best-in-class, deployable, and trusted solutions. This includes advancing the company’s traceability platform, strengthening the integration of scientific and operational data, supporting ESG-driven product capabilities, and embedding emerging technologies such as digital evidence layers, advanced analytics, geospatial intelligence, blockchain-enabled traceability, tokenisation frameworks, and responsible AI-enabled decision support.”
TraCerLab’s broader direction includes the development of an integrated product and service ecosystem designed to support traceability from extraction through downstream supply chain processes. The company aims to combine analytical footprinting, field data capture, compliance workflows, digital chain-of-custody records, ESG indicators, and advanced data intelligence to unveil visibility throughout mineral supply chains.
The appointment also supports TraCerLab’s ambition to bridge the gap between scientific research, technology deployment, field operations, and institutional-grade governance. By strengthening its product leadership, the company is positioning itself to support mining communities, governments, industry participants, auditors, buyers, and development stakeholders with solutions designed for operational practicality, transparency, and long-term trust.
As global demand for critical minerals continues to increase, responsible sourcing and traceability have become central priorities for governments, investors, manufacturers, and civil society. TraCerLab’s approach is designed to contribute to this wider transition by helping create more reliable, transparent, and accountable mineral supply chain infrastructure.
